We serve seniors who are unable to care for themselves and have chronic illnesses or disabilities that require 24-hour skilled nursing care in a supervised, protected setting. We also offer specialized, secure units and programs to safely care for persons in the early and advanced stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions. Our Skilled Nursing Services are provided by Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practicing Nurses (LPN) working in conjunction with clients’ primary physicians to establish a care plan that is specific to the client’s medical requirements.
